About the Site:

Bogamati is one of the picturesque places of Assam. It is located along the Indo-Bhutan border in Baksa district where the Bornadi river flows on. Due to the white sand cover, the area is known as Bogamati. Apart from the Bathou Temple, the area has an approx. 25-foot tall statue of Buddha known as “Blessing Buddha – a sign of World peace”.
