This is a Neolithic artifact. The upper surface of the tool has the evidence of chipping. It has well grounded surface on both sides with curvilinear shoulder and a sharp cutting edge. The Neolithic artifact is made by grinding and polishing technique. Butt end is circular and cross section is oval in shape.
