This is a Neolithic artifact of which the upper surface shows two or more chipping or breakages. It has grounded surface on both sides with curvilinear shoulder and a sharp cutting edge. The Neolithic Celt is made by grinding and polishing technique. The butt-end is circular or rounded and the cross section is oval in shape.
