Ual or Ural is a grinding tool used by the Bodo people. To prepare this object, a circular core is carved out from a tree trunk and by trimming its outer belly. A cylindrical tool is used for pounding or ramming the substance to be grounded. The Bodos usually use the Ual or Ural for grinding rice, besides spices, medicine, herbs etc. It is a traditional house chore of the people of Bodo community. ​
